REGISTRATION
We consider registration to be a very personal matter. For that reason, we advise you to register at our office but if that is inconvenient you can also register on-line.
You will not be able to get a tour of (a) house(s) without having registered completely, viewing houses can be done Monday untill Saturday 09:00 - 20:00 and on Saturday 10:00 - 18:00. When you come to our office, don't forget to bring at least the following:

  1. a copy of your id / visa or residence permit

  2. a copy of your last pay slip / statement of employment / employment contract

  3. a copy of a recent bank or post giro statement made out to your current address

  4. the registration fee of € 40,-. If you register on-line you will have to pay when you take a tour to see some properties (you will receive all new offerings for free)

  5. If a ccommodation is assigned to you your registration fee will be refunded.

If you decide to register on-line, please fill out the registration form and fax the necessary documents to us at: +31703642808. All documents are archived by Duinzigt Woonservice BV. If a house is assigned to you, we will keep these documents and archive them. No (potential) landlord will be allowed access to these documents without your approval.

Note: Lessee's with an income lower than 800,- euro (including taxes) ALWAYS need to have a statement of guarantee signed by someone who can prove that they do have an income of at least 3x the total rent price of the house which lessee likes to rent. All students also need to have such a statement of guarantee signed. The one providing the guarantee will also need to provide the following documents : ID, pay slip, bank statement (for the address of guarantor).


COMMISSION / CHARGES
Only when you rent a house via Duinzigt Woonservice we charge you commission (If accommodation is assigned to you your registration fee will be refunded.):


  • If you rent for a shorter period then 6 months you might get a discount.


If you work for one of the following companies you can get a discount depending on the company:

  • Shell

  • Agip (KCO)

  • Total/ Elf

  • European Patent Office (EPO)

  • International (criminal) court

  • Eurojust

TERMS and CONDITIONS
When registering with Duinzigt Woonservice BV you agree to the following terms and conditions:


  • The data you have supplied has been entered correctly and to the best of your ability.

  • The data you have supplied will be treated with strict confidence.

  • The data you have supplied can be checked and verified by Duinzigt Woonservice.

  • The confirmation of this registration does not constitute the right of assignment.

  • You are to include the following documents with this form: a copy of your ID; a copy of a recent bank statement; a pay slip / employment contract.

  • You hereby give Duinzigt Woonservice BV the explicit task to seek suitable living space.

  • In case a house is assigned to you, you will need to sign a rental agreement as is customary with Duinzigt Woonservice.

  • If accommodation is assigned to you your registration fee will be refunded.

  • All verbal and written announcements concerning the rent of a house are assumed to have been made with the landlord's permission. If after the fact it becomes clear that no such permission was given, the rent will be cancelled, with no rights able to be derived from any of our announcements or any down payments. In such a case, we will not be held responsible for the consequences in any way.

  • The final assignment of a house is always the responsibility of the landlord / owner.

  • Only in case of rental, a one-time courtage (fee) equal to one month worth of rent plus taxes will need to be paid. In some cases the landlord will pay 50% or even 100% of the commission (please look to the specific informationsheet per accommodation.

  • By renting a house and signing the corresponding rental agreement, you are obligated to fulfill the payment of rent, deposit, and mediation costs (plus taxes), in cash or by means of a bank grant.

  • At the date of delivery of any house that may be assigned to you, any previous agreements need to have been fulfilled.

  • After a house has been assigned to you, your registration with Duinzigt Woonservice BV. will be terminated.

  • Not showing up to view a house (when an appointment has been made and confirmed) will cancel your registration automatically. No refund of the registration fee will be made.

  • In case of a cancellation on your part, no matter the reason, you are obligated to pay one month worth of rent before the date of delivery, as well as the mediation costs (plus taxes).

  • When renting commercial real estate, the courtage (fee) will be two months worth of rent plus taxes, instead of the usual one.

  • Your personal data will be stored in a register, the way it is described in the Registration Law (Wet Persoonsregistratie / W.P.R.).

  • Your data may be used to send you special offers.
